No local interface found Postfix error

Issue : While trying to start postfix it will throw the following error.

Mar 01 11:33:50 test.serguru aliasesdb[59919]: /usr/sbin/postconf: fatal: parameter inet_interfaces: no local interface found for ::1
Mar 01 11:33:50 test.serguru aliasesdb[59919]: newaliases: fatal: parameter inet_interfaces: no local interface found for ::1
Mar 01 11:33:50 test.serguru systemd[1]: postfix.service: control process exited, code=exited status=1
Mar 01 11:33:51 test.serguru systemd[1]: Failed to start Postfix Mail Transport Agent.

Solution :  Comment/Remove the following line from /etc/hosts and restart postfix.

localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
