LFD not starting Ubuntu

While staring LFD after installing it along with CSF you may encounter the following error sometimes.

Jan 4 01:53:36 server lfd[2810]: Main Process: Unable to send SENDMAIL alert via [/usr/sbin/sendmail]: No such file or directory at /usr/sbin/lfd line 4030.

 

Solution : Install sendmail service using the following command.

 

root@server:~# apt-get install sendmail

 

Then start lfd using the following command.

root@server:~# service lfd start
